1. Does AICF has a valid constitution duly approved and certified by the Registrar of Societies; NO they do not have one - The one given on AICF site is neither approved nor  certified;

 

2. Without a valid constitution, how Ministry of Sports is releasing grant of Crores of Rupees to AICF.

The Government of India has made it very clear to the organizers of Chess Association of India (CAI) an unrecognized Association, that they cannot use the word “India” nor they can organize any National level events.
